Contact us if you have more questions and one of our Business Consultant will contact you.

  • Is this a real work from home job?
Yes. We are currently partnered with several work from home platforms. As a CSP (customer service professional) you will have access to work for some of the best companies offering opportunities.
  • Do I have to do a background check?
Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is a one-time fee of $9.99 for processing payable to our parent platform.
  • Are there any benefits offered?
Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the CSP.
  • Do I get paid for training?
No, our agents are independent contractors and do not attend "training", you are not paid during what is called "certification". You will be required to attend any and all certification courses. Once you have successfully completed the course which takes approximately 3-6 weeks, depending on your chosen client, you will start taking calls which you are paid for.
  • Are there any starting cost?
Yes, because you will be a contractor, you will be required to pay a registration fee for any client you choose. That cost can range from $14-$149.00.
  • How much is the pay?
The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $9.00-$14.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.
  • Do I have to pay any fees?
As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of up to $64.75 depending on agent deducted per pay for technical and servicing fees.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, a contractor must be signed to protect you as a CSP (customer service professional) and the business. As a CSP you will receive a copy of all documents that require signing for your records.
  • Are taxes deducted from my pay?
No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year.
  • Do you contract internationally?
At this time, we only contracts with agents within the United States, with the EXCEPTION of the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
  • Why should I become an agent?
By joining our family, you will be starting a whole new life for yourself. You will enjoy the freedom and flexibility that many don't have access to. You are able to set your schedule 1 week in advance at minimum with the ability to change it as needed.
